What can I write about?
- Bug reports — something on the site isn't working, a page is broken, an image is missing, checkout failed.
- Content concerns — a listing looks fake, counterfeit, or violates our Prohibited Items Policy; an article or comment seems inappropriate; a business is listed incorrectly.
- Vendor questions — questions about becoming a vendor, your storefront, payouts, refunds, inventory sync, or anything else on the seller side.
- Customer support — issues with an order, refunds, pickup, or shipping. (For most order issues, though, the fastest path is contacting the vendor directly using the contact info on their storefront.)
- Press, partnerships, or general questions — anything else.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Urgent chargeback or fraud reports are reviewed sooner — please mention “urgent” in the subject line if it can't wait.
Privacy
Anything you send us is treated as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't share your message with vendors unless your inquiry is about a specific transaction and resolving it requires looping them in (we'll ask first).
