Refunds & chargebacks — vendor responsibility
As a vendor on I Love FDL, you are solely responsible for the full amount of any refund or chargeback issued on your products, including:
- The full purchase price refunded to the customer
- Payment processing fees deducted by Stripe at the original sale (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)
- Any chargeback fee charged by Stripe (typically $15 per disputed charge)
These amounts are deducted automatically from your Stripe balance when refunds or chargebacks occur. If your balance is insufficient, Stripe recovers the difference from your linked bank account. I Love FDL does not absorb refund or chargeback losses on your behalf.
