Please note that this cabinet is being sold strictly AS-IS in its current condition. It is missing one drawer and shows substantial age, wear, and deterioration throughout. Condition issues include damage and wood rot along portions of the lower cabinet/base, warping and separation along the top, surface wear, scratches, staining, losses, and other deterioration consistent with age and use. Please examine all photographs carefully for the best representation of condition.

Despite its condition, the cabinet retains 74 original drawers and would make an excellent restoration project, workshop/storage cabinet, statement piece, or source for original Hamilton printer’s cabinet drawers and hardware.

This listing is currently for the complete cabinet with all 74 drawers. I would prefer to see the cabinet remain together; however, if it does not sell as a complete unit, it will eventually be disassembled and the drawers offered individually.

Due to its size, weight, and condition, please plan accordingly for pickup and transportation. Sold exactly as found.
