An exceptional late 19th-century handmade ovoid-shaped dough bowl trencher with very early "cleat" stabliazation repair wood patches made to two ends, likely for anti-split reinforcement caused from drying over age. Adds nice character to this bowl!
Measures approx. 14" by 13.5" by 3.5" tall
Shows signs of wear relating to age and previous use, but good overall condition and structurally solid.
