Made by the Pal Wheel Goods Manufacturing Company of Indiana, hard to find many toys from this company!

Much of the original paint is missing. It has a few bumps, bruises and other wear consistent with age and decades of play use.

The original pedals had been replaced with wood blocks.

These are often referred to as "sad face" pedal cars due to the design of the front grille.
