Amy Bertram’s dream to make braces affordable for young adults comes true!
Amy Bertram was a dear friend and fellow dental hygienist with a dream. We often saw young adults who wished they had a more beautiful smile. Their parents couldn’t afford braces and now neither could they. Sadly, Amy passed away in 2020 but not before we made her dream come true. Friends and family worked to raise the necessary funds and establish a 501c3 with the FdL Area Foundation. We choose one recipient every October 30, Amy’s birthday, so this great gift can continue forever. This is already year seven!
If you are: 18-40 years old, a resident of FdL County and can pay $500.00, please apply by calling the Foundation at 920-921-2215 for an application. Applications are never discarded. If you are not chosen this year, you will be considered next year.
Our 501c3 supplements your $500.00 to Drs Jeff Twohig and Adam Veit who have graciously agreed to provide their expert care.
