Did you know Ray’s TV & Appliance has been serving Fond du Lac since 1975? The business was started by Ray Schwarze in downtown Fond du Lac, where it operated for 18 years before moving to its current location at 33 S. Pioneer Road in 1993. That’s when Ray’s son, Mike Schwarze, took over the business. This October marks 51 years in business and two generations of family ownership!

I recently had the opportunity to take a tour of Ray’s TV & Appliance with Mike, and I was honestly amazed at how much of a selection they have! From TVs and refrigerators to washers, dryers, stoves, and so much more. I had no idea just how much they had inside that building. If you haven’t stopped in before, I definitely recommend checking them out!

One thing I really love about Ray’s is that it’s still a 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. Mike continues to run the business with five family members involved, including his wife Amie, brother-in-law Tony, sister-in-law Kim, and his mom. It’s pretty awesome seeing a local business continue to grow and serve our community after 51 years. Congratulations to the entire Ray’s TV & Appliance family!
