What's Cooking at Kids Kitchen Club?

Kids Kitchen Club is giving children in the Fond du Lac area a fun, hands-on way to learn cooking skills, kitchen safety, and new recipes at the North Fond du Lac Community Center. With seasonal classes planned for November, Christmas cooking in December, and breakfast fun in January, young chefs have plenty to look forward to.

Kids Kitchen Club has been keeping young chefs busy in the Fond du Lac area! Since launching earlier this year, the club has continued to grow, welcoming children who are excited to learn new kitchen skills, try new recipes, and build confidence through hands-on cooking experiences.

Classes are held at the North Fond du Lac Community Center and are designed to give children the opportunity to learn basic cooking skills, kitchen safety, measuring, and food preparation in a fun and welcoming environment. Each class features kid-friendly recipes that allow children to get involved in preparing their own food.

Why Monday Evenings?

One of the most common questions has been about the class schedule. After trying different days throughout the week, Mondays turned out to be the best fit for both the venue and participating families.

Classes begin at 5:45 p.m., giving families time to get home from school and make their way to the community center.

What's Coming Up Next?

With Halloween-themed cooking classes underway in October, Kids Kitchen Club is already looking ahead to more exciting activities!

November – Fall Favorites

November will feature fall-inspired recipes, including some delicious seasonal favorites. One class will be offered for each age group.

December – Christmas Cooking

December will bring festive holiday fun to the kitchen! Children will create Christmas-inspired treats and recipes. With the busy holiday season, one class will be offered for each age group.

January – Breakfast Fun!

Kids Kitchen Club plans to kick off the new year with a full breakfast-themed cooking session! Young chefs will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare breakfast favorites while continuing to develop their kitchen skills.

Families interested in upcoming classes can follow the Kids Kitchen Club – North Fond du Lac on Facebook for registration information, announcements, and photos from previous classes.
