I first met Kettle Moraine Santa when my wife and I went to get a family Christmas photo taken with Santa at the Fond du Lac Public Library. We went in expecting a simple holiday photo, but what stood out right away was how genuine the experience felt. Santa, portrayed by Robert, took his time and made the moment feel relaxed and meaningful instead of rushed or transactional. It felt like a throwback to how holiday traditions are supposed to feel.
After that first meeting, I had the chance to connect with Robert again when I invited him to be part of Shop The Night at Wonder Play Cafe. He fit right into the event and the overall vibe of the night, adding to the festive atmosphere without ever feeling over-the-top. With more than 20 years of experience, it’s easy to see why he’s so well respected. He understands how to show up, read the room, and make each interaction feel personal and authentic.
Beyond public events and community appearances, Kettle Moraine Santa also offers personal home visits where Robert plays Santa and delivers presents for families during the holiday season. It’s a unique way to bring Christmas magic directly into people’s homes and create memories that last far beyond December. Experiences like this are a reminder that the best holiday traditions are built on intention, care, and people who truly love what they do.
