Cultivating Balance: Inward Healing for Outward Change.
by Elaine Elizabeth · 10/2/2026

Heart Activation brings whole BEing wellness to downtown Fond du Lac, creating space to reconnect mind, body, and heart. Through individual sessions, intensive programs, workshops, and community and workplace wellness, creator Elaine Elizabeth explores how finding balance within ourselves can ripple outward into our relationships, workplaces, and community.
When we talk about wellness, the conversation often begins with the physical body: how we eat, how we move, how much we sleep, and the habits we build to take care of ourselves. At Heart Activation, located on the second floor of 15 N. Main St. in downtown Fond du Lac, I am interested in expanding that conversation. I’m Elaine Elizabeth, creator of Heart Activation, and my work centers around what I call whole BEing wellness, recognizing that our emotional health, nervous system, thoughts, relationships, physical body, and inner world are all part of how we experience our lives.
Heart Activation grew through my own healing journey, with being a single mom raising two teenagers becoming one of the greatest driving forces behind the work. I began to recognize that the more willing I was to look inward, understand my own patterns, and create greater balance within myself, the more those changes naturally moved outward into how I parented, communicated, connected, and showed up in the world around me. This became the foundation of inward healing for outer change and eventually something bigger than my own experience: the understanding that when we create change within ourselves, the effects of that change can reach our families, relationships, workplaces, and communities.
Heart Activation aims to create an atmosphere that sets you apart from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is a haven where your mind, body, and heart have a chance to rest, receive, and reconnect. Individual offerings include sound healing, Reiki and light touch healing, guided meditation, embodiment support, intuitive readings, workshops, and creative wellness experiences. For those looking for deeper and more lasting change, Heart Activation also offers intensive programs that provide pathways for reconnecting mind, body, and heart over time. There is no single doorway into this work because balance can look different for each of us.
Perhaps this is where individual wellness becomes something much larger. When we have greater capacity to understand ourselves, tend to our needs, and remain connected to ourselves through the challenges of life, that doesn't end with us. It enters our homes, relationships, workplaces, and community. This is also why Heart Activation is expanding into working with businesses and organizations to bring whole BEing wellness into workplace culture through meditation, nervous system tools, sound experiences, creative wellness, and customized workshops. When we allow ourselves space to find greater balance individually, we create greater capacity to support one another. And when the people within a community are supported in being well, the possibility for the community itself to collectively thrive grows with them.
