This weeks Business of the week is Fond Du Lac Festivals. I had a chance to sit down and speak with the Director Pete Wilke. I learned a lot about FDL Festivals and what they do. There's a lot that happens to put on the events they do. They Partner with many Business's in the community and their motto is: The reason we do what we do is because of the positive impact on the community.
Sturgeon Spectacular is the next event for them and it will be here before we know it! Dates are Feb. 13-15th. With lots to do including Snow Sculpting, Fun Run, Curling, Chili Crawl, Snowland Activities, Ice Sculpting, Scavenger Hunt and lets not forget about the Bloody Mary Contest hosted bt Darcie Holte. There's fun to be had by all!
Keep an eye out for upcoming events such as Bags Fest, Walleye Weekend, and Fondy Falltoberfest.
