🎸 Flannel Revival Brought the '90s Back at Walleye Weekend

It’s great to see bands like Flannel Revival keeping this music alive. They put on a high-energy show that gets the crowd involved from the first song to the last. If you ever see they’re playing somewhere around Wisconsin, I’d definitely recommend checking them out.
A few weekends ago at Walleye Weekend I ended up watching Flannel Revival, and I’m glad I did. During the show I had a chance to meet their marketing manager, Chris Jensen, and we talked for a while about the band. If you’re into ‘90s and early 2000s rock, these guys are definitely worth checking out. They’re a six-piece Wisconsin band that brings back all the songs a lot of us grew up listening to, from grunge and alternative to hard rock and pop punk.
One thing that was cool was hearing song after song that everyone knew. They played songs like “Got the Life” by Korn, “Killing in the Name Of” by Rage Against the Machine, “Smells Like Teen Spirit” by Nirvana, “Zombie” by The Cranberries, and “One Last Breath” by Creed. Everywhere I looked people were singing along, throwing their hands up, and having a great time. It really brought people back to that era of music.

Whether you grew up in the ‘90s or just enjoy great rock music, it’s a fun night that’s worth making time for.
