Third Eye Tidy: Clearing Space for More Than Just Clutter
by Elaine Elizabeth · 10/23/2026

Our surroundings can influence more than we realize. Through Third Eye Tidy, Trista combines intentional decluttering, intuitive guidance, and energy clearing to help individuals create spaces that support their emotional well-being, bringing greater clarity, balance, and intention into everyday life.
What if decluttering your home could also help you find clarity within yourself? For Trista, owner of Third Eye Tidy, that connection became clear in 2019 after reading Marie Kondo's The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. What began as an interest in organizing became a deeper exploration of intuition, gratitude, and intentional living. Rather than focusing on what needed to go, she began considering what deserved to stay and how she wanted her home to feel. As she applied these practices to her own space, she noticed her anxiety and depression lessen, along with a growing appreciation for what she already had. Inspired by her experience, Trista became a certified KonMari Consultant in 2020 and began helping others discover that same connection between their surroundings and their well-being.
Our homes often reflect what's happening within our lives. Clutter, unfinished tasks, and belongings tied to difficult memories can quietly contribute to feelings of overwhelm or stagnation. Trista encourages clients to consider the emotional connections they have with their belongings, whether it's a gift kept out of guilt or something from the past that no longer feels aligned with who they are today. Through the KonMari Method, she helps people recognize what sparks joy, express gratitude for what has served its purpose, and create a home that supports their present lives. In doing so, the process becomes an opportunity to explore what we're holding on to emotionally as much as physically.
What makes Third Eye Tidy unique is Trista's collaborative approach. Rather than simply arriving to organize someone's belongings, she works alongside clients, asking questions, encouraging self-reflection, and teaching them to recognize their own intuitive responses. Clients actively participate in deciding what stays, what goes, and where everything belongs, building confidence and sustainable habits along the way. Beyond in-home decluttering and organizing, Third Eye Tidy also offers energy clearing sessions focused on releasing old programming and subconscious triggers, along with intuitive coaching to help clients apply these same principles of awareness and decision-making to other areas of life.
For Trista, the greatest transformation goes beyond having an organized home. It's about helping people feel lighter, more confident in their choices, and clearer about what truly matters to them. When we begin recognizing what belongs in our physical spaces, we may also become more aware of what we're carrying into other areas of our lives. Sometimes finding balance begins with something as simple as asking ourselves what we're ready to make room for.
