Happy 28th Anniversary, Animal Outfitters!

Yesterday was a tail-waggin' good time at Animal Outfitters on Military Road. The locally owned pet shop celebrated its 28th anniversary on Saturday, October 24, with 20% off everything storewide, including pet food, from 10 AM to 3 PM. After 28 years in business, that's a milestone worth celebrating, and plenty of Fond du Lac's four-legged friends and their humans stopped in to join the fun.

What makes Animal Outfitters special is that it's not a big box store. For 28 years, owner Cathy and her "Golden Staff" have built a shop that specializes in unique items for pets and the people who love them, high-end foods and treats, fun toys, and all the goodies your pets could want. Customers know the staff by name, the staff knows your pet by name, and if you've ever stopped in, you've probably been greeted by their beautiful golden retrievers. That kind of personal touch is exactly why this place has stuck around for nearly three decades.

The anniversary celebration was a perfect example of what makes this shop a Fond du Lac favorite. Great deals, happy pups, and a whole lot of tail wagging.
